We now have four Paint Basket studios open, Boksburg and Germiston in South Africa and now
also in Torbay and Orewa, New Zealand.

Under each studio heading you can read about the tutor, visit their studio, see some of the tutors own paintings as well as some of the students paintings.






Our studios are modern, comfortable and create a relaxing atmosphere. To ensure that our students are receiving world class tuition, each studio is fully multi-media enabled. Our students have exclusive access to training videos by many well known South African artists. They also have free use of our own range of videos in class. Furthermore they also have access to books, photos, prints and the Internet for reference. The classes are kept small (around nine students) to ensure individual attention. At The Paint Basket, our students not only come to learn to paint top quality
paintings, they come to relax, laugh, chat, de-stress and above all enjoy themselves. Although the atmosphere is relaxed, paintings are usually completed within two to six lessons depending on the student's experience and complexity of the subject being painted.
